Ordering Process

1. Cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. This will put your selection into the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time by sending your order, by changing the number of products, by deleting the selection or by canceling the order process by clicking the “Remove” button. Click on the button “Continue to Checkout” to proceed to the next order step.

2. Checkout / Checking the Data
Please login with your eMail address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. If you do not want to register, you can continue the order without logging in. Your data will be collected, processed and used ( Data Protection ), in compliance with data protection regulations. No other use or transfer to third parties takes place. If you are already registered, you can continue with the next order step.

2.1. Check account address / Select payment method
Check your invoice address and enter your desired payment method.

2.2. Check shipping address / Select shipping method
Check your shipping address and enter your desired shipping method.

Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next order step.

3. Completing the order process / Terms and Conditions
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and invoice address and your contact details. Check that all information is correct and read the general terms and conditions and the right of revocation. You can only proceed with the purchase order if you agree to the terms and conditions of the revocation (tick). By clicking the button “Buy” you send your order to us. Hereby you submit a legally binding offer.
